The nearly 18 inch That BARR is made of polypropylene, and along with its sturdy I-Beam design, makes it nearly indestructible to the pressures needed with applications with a roll-on bottle. The tapered canister design allows most 2.5 – 3 oz pain relief roll-on bottles to snuggly fit without the concern of the roll-on from falling out. The ergonomic curve of the design makes hard to reach areas of the body easily accessible and comfortable to achieve. The inventor of That BARR is Dr. Ryan Anthony Swier. Dr. Swier is a licensed chiropractic physician who has been running a successful chiropractic practice for over 25 years. Dr. Swier comes from a family of chiropractors spanning 4 generations that include his Uncle, Great Uncle, Great Grandfather, and several Cousins.

Dr. Swier did his undergraduate studies at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville (SIUE). He continued his college education and earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic (now Logan University). Dr. Swier is currently practicing in St. Charles, Missouri where he takes pride in giving exceptional chiropractic care, along with spending time with his patients while giving them relief from their symptoms. His invention, That BARR, will help people continue pain relief and care outside of a doctor’s office.

The idea of That Barr has developed after decades of selling a popular analgecic/pain relief product in his office that came in gel, roll-on and spray options. The roll-on was the best selling of the 3 due to the fact that many didn’t like the feeling of the residual product on the hands. However, it was limited to certain areas of the body based on the patients reach. After extensive research, Dr. Swier found that no mass-produced product existed on the market, hence the development of That Barr.

That BARR was designed to fit most 2.5-3oz pain relief roll-on bottles with a tapered canister design. This design helps maintain a tight fit without the fear of the roll-on bottle to fall out. That BARR was developed with an ergonomic curve for easy application and minimal stress on the joints of the arm. That BARR has an I-Beam design for strength and durability for minimal flex and stress. The handle grip was made with large, rounded finger grooves for the comfort and ease of control for most sized hands.
